On Tap In Our Tasting Room

DRY IRISH STOUT | 4.8%

Almost black with a faint ruby hue, our newest Stout boasts a roasted coffee aroma and very little hop presence. With a touch of caramel sweetness and creaminess, its medium-light body dances across your palate as smooth as a Bard's hymn. Slainté!

BLONDE STOUT | 5.2%

A blonde that drinks like a stout—this one’s all about the surprise. Light in appearance but rich in character, it opens with inviting coffee aromas, followed by layers of chocolate, roasted notes, and a softly sweet, bready malt backbone. Medium-bodied with a refreshing edge, it’s a smooth, easygoing twist on a classic dark beer experience.

AUSSIE XPA | 5.5%

Packed with a complex and bold Australian Hop profile from all the way down under, the refreshingly crushable Xtra Pale Ale is here! The simple malt flavour serves as a crisp, subtle, base for the strong hop overtones of tropical fruitiness and zesty citrus florals. This brew is moderately bitter, with a satisfyingly dry finish.

LANDBIER PILSNER | 5.0%

A smooth, golden & satisfyingly crisp pilsner; inspired by Swiss-German brewing tradition. The malt character is light with a slight sweetness. Delicate bittering and aroma hops form a nice balance and produce a hint of spice, fruit and floral character.

CITRUS LAGER | 4.8%

This light-bodied lager is spiked with zesty citrus notes and complimented with a hint of mouthwatering salinity. Lime, grapefruit, and lemon juice open into a light but subtle malt base. Just in time for spring, the Citrus Lager ensures a crisp and clean experience, with a slightly tart, dry, finish.

WEST COAST IPA | 6.0%

Brewed again from one of our original Unplugged recipes in 2010, this beer is crisp, bold, and hop-forward. Bright citrus and pine aromas lead the way, supported by a restrained malt backbone. A resinous bitterness carries through to a dry, clean, and refreshing finish.
