Yukon Brewing has been brewing beers since 1997, and these beers are available throughout western Canada. Of course, the best selection is always in our on-site store – drop by if you are in Whitehorse. And, if you are in Whitehorse, you can visit our tasting area, to try a flight of samples, or a full glass, of anything that we offer.

DRY IRISH STOUT | 4.8%

Almost black with a faint ruby hue, our newest Stout boasts a roasted coffee aroma and very little hop presence. With a touch of caramel sweetness and creaminess, its medium-light body dances across your palate as smooth as a Bard's hymn. Slainté!

CONSPIRACY IPA| 6.7%

A medium bodied ale with enough malt backbone to support a cast of Chinook and Simcoe hops. The beautiful nose holds notes of pine, grapefruit and orange zest. This brew made it’s first appearance on the growler bar as many eager pilots do - the uptake was swift!

AUSSIE XPA | 5.5%

Packed with a complex and bold Australian Hop profile from all the way down under, the refreshingly crushable Xtra Pale Ale is here! The simple malt flavour serves as a crisp, subtle, base for the strong hop overtones of tropical fruitiness and zesty citrus florals. This brew is moderately bitter, with a satisfyingly dry finish.

Leichtbier | 3.0%

A clean and easy-drinking German-style Leichtbier with soft malt, delicate hops, and a refreshing finish. Bright, smooth, and effortlessly enjoyable.

 

RYE PALE ALE | 5.0%

This hop-forward Pale Ale begins with an intense note of citrus and stone fruit, before treating your palate to a creamy and spicy rye body. Hopped to provide fresh tropical and tangerine flavors, this complex but bright brew will leave a lingering spice that ties perfectly into your next sip.

ice fog IPA | 6.0%

This British-style, malt-forward IPA opens with layered notes of toasted bread, and light caramel sweetness that give it a rich, rounded body. Gentle, earthy hop bitterness balances the malt without overpowering it, finishing smooth, and clean.
