Doing our part to support the environment is an important mandate for us. We seek to find ways within our operation to be a more green.
Here are some of the ways we have put this mandate into action:

• All plant heating is done with heat recovered from our cooling system;
• We generate our own nitrogen to reduce CO2 use;
• We use folding trays (rather than glued or stapled) so that we can collect and reuse them;
• We wash and refill bottles that we collect from local recyclers;
• All plant lighting was converted to LED (from metal halide) and are motion controlled;
• All of our can rings are made from post-consumer materials
• Recovery of cooling water from our still and wort cooling
• Solar panel installation in late 2019
