A long time collaboration with Uncle Berwyn out of Dawson City where we boil a ton of Birch sap into an Amber Lager. A local delicacy!

A zesty pale ale with a bit of kick thanks to the additions of ginger root and lemon during kettling and fermentation. Excellent for Moscow Mules!
