2008 Dustball Tournament

If you play or have played softball in the Yukon or Southeast Alaska, you will know that Whitehorse’s yearly Dustball Tournament is one of the biggest and best events you’ll find.

This year, 68 teams in 10 divisions slugged it out for Men’s, Women’s and Co-ed supremacy. By the time Sunday rolled around and the finals were set, the Yukon Brewing Company had two teams playing in divisional finals. When all was said and done and the all hardware had been doled out, The Chilkoot Chillers has placed second in the Women’s “A” division, while the Chilkoot Brewers took home the silver in the Co-ed “B” division. 

The Yukon Brewing Company is proud of both teams for their hard work.
